Job Description

As an Operating Partner, you will own end-to-end operations for our games (Eggtopia Merge, Pokid, and future titles) and the Humblefunny global premium game platform — driving the full pipeline from user acquisition to monetization, and partnering with founders on product direction and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own game operations end-to-end: user growth, retention, monetization, and community
  • Lead global publishing strategy: expand and manage overseas channels (App Store / Google Play / co-publishing platforms)
  • Build a data-driven ops stack: UA ROI, LTV, retention monitoring, A/B testing
  • Hire, mentor, and lead the operations team; establish a high-tempo execution rhythm
  • Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to feed insights back into the roadmap
  • Participate in company strategy; own the business KPI and long-term growth mandate

Nice to Have

  • 8+ years in game or internet product operations, with Partner / Director / P7+ level track record
  • Has led a product to ¥10M+ monthly revenue or 1M+ DAU
  • Global go-to-market experience: user personas, UA strategy, and localization across key markets
  • Deep expertise in Merge / Hybrid-Casual / Casual genres
  • Strong interest in AI tooling and data-driven operations

Game Designer

Job Description

As a Game Designer, you will design gameplay, levels, numbers, and systems for our premium games, partnering closely with product, engineering, and art teams to turn ideas into shippable features.

Responsibilities

  • Design gameplay, levels, numerical systems, and feature systems; produce executable design docs
  • Track product KPIs continuously and drive gameplay iteration from player-behavior analysis
  • Collaborate with engineers and artists to ship features and own quality bar
  • Stay on top of industry trends; produce competitor analyses on a regular cadence
  • Run playtests and triage community feedback to keep improving player experience

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of game design experience with at least one shipped title
  • Familiar with Merge / Hybrid-Casual / Casual / Edutainment design
  • Proficient in Unity, Cocos, or Godot
  • Strong logical thinking and writing skills; a polished portfolio
  • Global / overseas project experience

Agent Product Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and testing platforms
